BIN RENTAL & DELIVERY

Terms and Conditions

  1. Order Acceptance:

    1. The following outlines the terms and conditions upon which MR BIN TRUCKING INC. accepts orders for services and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. By issuing the Sales order, the Customer is deemed to have accepted these terms.

  2. Delivery:

    1. The order must be placed at least 24 hours before the desired delivery time. Otherwise, an urgent delivery fee will be charged upon request.

    2. Delivery time is not guaranteed; it will be scheduled based on availability.

    3. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, MR BIN TRUCKING INC. shall have no liability for damage or other defects to Supplied Products to the extent such damage or other defects occur after delivery according to this Agreement.

    4. The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the delivery site. In case of any inaccessibility without prior notice on the delivery day, re-delivery will be arranged. An additional delivery charge will be issued for each delivery attempt.

    5. The customer is requested to be present on-site for delivery. Any condition causing excessive delay for pickup or unloading (more than 30 minutes) incurred on delivery will be billed to the customer at the rate of $100 per hour (any exceeding time within one hour will be counted as one hour.)

    6. If an unexpected condition (weather, fire, or any occasion beyond human control) occurs, causing any re-delivery. MR BIN TRUCKING INC. will negotiate with the customer to reschedule the delivery date. Neither MR BIN TRUCKING INC. nor the customer has any liability for such changes.

  3. Bin Rental:

    1. Each bin comes with a maximum weight allowance. The customer shall check carefully before placing the order.

    2. Clean-fill load (Waste for Soil / Hardscape concrete and Interlock / Asphalt) can only be ordered and fit with a 14-yard bin, can be loaded with one type of waste ONLY. It cannot be mixed with other waste materials or contents.

    3. If the waste contains substances that are not mentioned during the order placement, it will be charged as regular garbage, which will be charged by ton. (Price updated on https://www.mrbininc.com/bin-rental )

    4. Before the contents of a bin are disposed of, they will be weighed and charged accordingly.

    5. Household Waste / Red Bricks / Hazardous Waste / Batteries / Tires / Any rubber type waste, or other materials that may pose a risk to human health, safety, or the environment are not allowed for disposal. MR BIN TRUCKING INC. reserves the right to empty any bins on-site if they contain contaminants or hazardous waste.

    6. The Customer is fully responsible for the content of the bin. MR BIN TRUCKING INC. reserves the right to return any load rejected at the dump site. Additional charges will apply to the customer.

    7. Disposal bins will not be permitted to occupy all or any part of a sidewalk, pathway, or walkway or be placed in such a manner as to pose a danger to the travelling public. If the customer requests the disposal bins be unloaded on the roadside of the destination. The Customer is responsible for applying the Street Occupation Permit themselves, and follow the Special Requirements by the City of the region:

      1. A minimum of 3.05 meters of roadway width must be kept clear and passable at all times.

      2. Flasher barricades are to be provided at each end of the bin(s) from one-half hour before sunset to one-half hour after sunrise.

      3. Placement of the bin must not create a visual hazard for motorists or pedestrians, or interfere with traffic regulatory lights and signs.

    8. Permits and insurance must be provided and emailed to binrental@mrbininc.com before the date of delivery. If the customer fails to apply as required, the customer will be responsible for any charges and fines that may be issued. MR BIN TRUCKING INC. also reserves the right to postpone the delivery if there is a failure to comply.

    9. If the customer requires the bin to be placed at a different area of the site (i.e. driveway or lawn), the customer shall be responsible for any potential damage that may occur. MR BIN TRUCKING INC. does not assume any liability in such cases. MR BIN TRUCKING INC. is not responsible for any damages to property incurred by the bin or truck during delivery or pickup.

    10. The bin rental period is 10 days, starting from the date of delivery.

    11. Unless the rental period is re-negotiated when placing the order, an additional Daily rental fee will be charged after 10 days if the extension is required. Additional daily rental fee will be calculated till the pick up date.

    12. The customer is fully responsible for the use and the condition of the Bin during the rental period. Any loss, damages or any type of charges to the use of the Bin will be charged to the customer accordingly.

    13. If the waste exceeds the height of the container, the bin is unsafe to carry on the road. If you find you have garbage beyond what can fit in your bin, you can request an additional bin from MR BIN TRUCKING INC. Otherwise, the excessive waste will be unloaded at the site. Customer is responsible for the cleanup and disposal of the excess waste.

  4. Payment and Invoice:

    1. Invoices can only be issued to the title of the registered account.

    2. The customer is responsible for the validation of the information provided when registering.

    3. Deposit is required for every bin rental order. The amount of the deposit may vary by bin sizes, location and disposal contents.

    4. The customer agrees that any extra charges or fines can be charged on the deposit or the credit card they provided without prior notification, unless payment is received separately.

  5. Cancellation:

    1. Cancellation of the order must be notified via email at least 24 hours prior to the delivery schedule.

    2. A service fee of $150 will be charged for the cancellation of the order with less than 24 hours’ notice.
